Use of Website

While the Website, its content and any of the information on it (together “the Content”) is published in good faith, RCS makes no warranty or representation about the Content including as to it being free of errors or omissions, complete or correct. RCS excludes to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability which may arise as a result of the use of the Content.

RCS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of use of the Content, including loss of business profits.

RCS reserves the right to change, amend or delete the Content from time to time and without notice.

RCS obligations with respect to its products and services are governed solely by the agreements under which they are provided. Nothing on the Website should be construed to alter or form part of such agreement.

Use of Cookies

To ensure we are publishing content customers need and want, RCS collects site-visitation statistics using cookies. We only use this information in aggregated form and only use site-visitation statistics for improving our site. When someone visits the site, a cookie is placed on the customer’s machine (if the customer accepts cookies) or is read if the customer has visited the site previously.

If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from the RCS Website, you will be able to view the text on the screens, however you will not experience a personalized visit nor will you be able to subscribe to the service offerings on the site. Your Shopping Cart will also not remember items added but not checked out.

Available of Goods

You acknowledge and agree that from time to time, some Goods on the Website may be out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfill all or part of your Order. If this occurs, RCS will contact you within five (5) Business Days to arrange a full or partial refund. We will use reasonable endeavours to process the refund within five (5) Business Days. Your receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalize the refund. RCS is not liable with respect to any loss you or any third party might suffer as a result of any delay in processing your refund.

We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend any Good displayed on the Website from sale either temporarily or permanently at any time without notice to you. RCS will not be liable to you for any loss you or any third party suffer as a result of a withdrawal or suspension of availability with respect to a particular Good.

Where your Order is affected by an error on the Website (for example, in relation to a description of Goods, an image, Price or otherwise), we will reject the part of the Order that is the subject of the error. If applicable, RCS will proceed to fulfill the remainder of your Order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If you are not satisfied with the partial fulfillment of your Order, you can return your Order to us in accordance with the Returns Policy.

You Acknowledge And Agree That:

• All pictures and images of Goods displayed on the Website are for illustration purposes only, and the sizes and dimensions of Goods may differ in real life
• You have read any corresponding written description of the Goods prior to submitting your Order; (c) the color of Goods as shown on the Website may vary slightly in shade in real life
• Where we provide sizing or other measurements in the descriptions of a Good (where applicable), it is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of each item is suitable for your purpose prior to submitting your Order
• Any accessory featured with the Goods is for illustration purposes only

We respect your privacy and we provide you with the right to see and/or correct your personal information. We do not sell our mailing list, nor do we disclose private information to any other person or company. However, RCS may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on RCS or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of RCS or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of RCS its Websites, or the public.

Occasionally we may contact you to obtain further information or to offer other products or services that we feel may interest you. Should you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know* and we will ensure that your name is withheld. *All emails sent to you by us will contain an unsubscribe link that can be used to remove yourself from the mailing list.

RCS strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access.

You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your login and password, so do not share these with others. Our customers can be assured that it is safe to do business with us as all sensitive information is encrypted and will remain private.

Return Policy

We Do not Accept Returns.We Will Exchange Defective Products or Will Issue Store Credits in Certain Instances.

We are a small brand that makes most of our garments by hand in our Studio in Los Angeles. Please make sure that you order the right size.

To Return Product To Us

Please affix postage to your package and send it to the address shown on your invoice. Please contact us at info@rcsla.com prior to returning the goods.

Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable.
All returns/reorders will be charged the standard delivery rate.

To ensure that best possible fulfillment on your reorder, we recommend that you call us to reserve the styles you require. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to discuss payment options with you and they will advise on delivery time frames. If you do reserve your reorder over the phone, then please do not submit a completed reorder form with your return, as duplicate orders may be inadvertently placed.
